We are dedicated to helping customers with various schemes to help with their bills and some aimed at improving water efficiency and reducing water bills.
During the visit, we would love to promote these schemes and distribute free water-saving devices to customers attending the branch.
The two main schemes we offer are:
- Water Efficiency home visits
We will fit suitable free water efficiency products. These visits help our customers save water, energy, and money by providing tailored advice on how to reduce water usage and lower utility bills. I can also bring products to hand out when I attend if visits aren’t suitable - Leaky Loo Scheme
This initiative is aimed to reduce water wastage by fixing leaking toilets for free. A leaky loo can waste around 200 litres of water per day. The scheme helps identify and repair these leaks for free, preventing an increased bill.
