- bread, milk, butter, eggs, some fruit and vegetables and the sort of packaged goods found in the shop ie not the full range as in Co-op
- no minimum order for deliveries in Llandeilo and Ffairfach. Nothing is too little.
- outside those areas, minimum order is £10 and delivery is charged at 50p a mile.

- order before 1pm for delivery after 1pm next day.
